A: Yes, we offer a 14 day returns from the day you receive the item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange a courier or postage of the item.
Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We offer free delivery on all items to the UK Mainland. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and other islands around the UK there will be an additional delivery charge as there is limited service to these areas.
Q: Can you ship orders internationally?

A: For homeware, all items will be posted via Royal Mail and we will provide tracking details following dispatch. For furniture you can contact us at enquiries@thelancastercompany.co.uk and we will update you on the status of your order.
